I have lived at 68 Kirby Road with 3 other students for 2 years and it has been a lovely period. The house was equipped with everything necessary and the landlords were always at our service.
The most important thing was it felt like my home.

I've had a fantastic experience with A&A accommodation - the landlords were lovely, responding to any issues or queries really quickly. The house had some of the best facilities I've seen out of other student houses in Leamington for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend A&A Accommodation!

Amazing landlords, helped with any queries we had during our tenancy and helped significantly during the tough times of the pandemic. Couldn’t have asked for a better landlord.

I met a lot of great friends in 59 Russell Terrace and was nice and close to the local sainsburys. As it’s an old house, it has a couple problems with the plumbing, but other than that, a great place to live!
