A&A Accommodation is a well respected and long established company in the student properly management market. Founded in 2001 we have catered for and recognised needs for students in Leamington Spa and Coventry for 21 years.
As we privately own all of our properties, we always ensure they are kept to the highest standard, we pride ourselves with meeting and exceeding expectation.
Maintaining the highest standard
- We like to make sure we are always here for you, thats why we are contactable between 9am to 5pm and out of hours in emergencies to provide you with a friendly, convenient service during your tenancy.
- We have an inhouse maintenance team who are always on hand whenever needed.
- All of our gas appliances are serviced and certified every year.
- All fire lighting and alarm systems are tested monthly.
- All of our properties have full gas central heating and are doubed glazed throughout (95% for Russell Terrace).
- We are accredited members of the National Residential Landlords Association, who are nationally recognised for improving standards and practices within the student lettings industry.
- All of our properties are licensed with Warwick District Council as required by law.
